ORYZA

Three women store their lives in a grain attic… or is a ship… or a playground? Jasmine, Rose and Ben live their lives surround by rice. Rice that sings. Rice that dances. Together, they make their way accompanied by this tiny grain that feeds so many people, through love and laugher. 

Inspired by the painting « Les Glaneuses » by Jean-François Millet hanging on the wall at our parents or grand-parents, ORYZA is a tribute to all the women bent over in the fields collecting the left overt grains after the harvest.
